Death needs source

I deleted death year 1993 from the lead (but retained past tense there and perhaps elsewhere). The page has been in Category:Living people all along.

The German national library DNB (Ext link GND) gives lifespan 1924-1993 but other authorities give no deathyear.[1] Nor does the CLRC UMN biographical sketch.[2]
