This article failed

I came to this page seeking an answer that this article failed to answer. The question is: What *happened* to Nick@Nite? Back in the old days, it showed quirky old re-runs, often of shows that you never saw re-run anywhere (Donna Reed, Car 54, Dobie Gillis, Patty Duke). Somewhere along the way, it devolved into the current goo, of just stuff from 10 years back, not very interesting at all. When, how, why, did it change? What happened to the great old Nick@Nite which I used to love? This article documents the way the old days were, and mentions what the new days are, without giving any story of how it changed from one to the other. I'm very disappointed.

I have to agree. I can't believe Everybody Hates Chris is going to on the channel now. The only remotely good show on Nick@Nite is The Nanny and I think it may even be the only show the ever show anymore that ended at least 10 years ago. Everything Nickelodeon has gone to hell now though. The channel itself is just horrendous. The article says: "the network has aired shows like ALF, Mork & Mindy, The Addams Family, The Munsters, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, Growing Pains, The Facts of Life, Clarissa Explains It All, Kenan and Kel, Diff'rent Strokes, Get Smart, Perfect Strangers, and more, which have been broadcast in Latin American local networks and other cable channels". Nick At Nite Logo

Did anyone watch N@N yesterday and notice that the logo is now orange, just like the Nickelodeon logo?-TheVofSteel

Nick At Nite Germany

Nickelodeon Germany is no longer airing its version of Nick at Nite. Rather, Nick now shares a program with Comedy Central, with Nick airing their program from 6 am to 8 pm, after which the Comedy Central shows begin. This is basically the same situation as back when Nick started broadcasting in Germany again back in 2005, although the evening slot was called "Nick Comedy" back then. Interesting, because that's similar to the UK situation. Nick at Nite was planned in the 1990s, but the Paramount Channel launched instead, sharing Nickelodeon's broadcast space. This channel recently rebranded as Comedy Central, however, because of Sky Digital, they no longer need to share a channel number. Incidentally, Nick at Nite UK's replacement before launch by what would later be known as Paramount Comedy should probably be added. Digifiend (talk) 00:46, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

The Nanny

Although the network has added more recent shows in the later 2000s, such as George Lopez, The Nanny, Malcolm in the Middle, Everybody Hates Chris and Glenn Martin, DDS. Do you have a reliable source that says the name's been changed? In any case, to preserve page history, this article would need to be moved properly, not cut and pasted to another name. Gonzonoir (talk) 11:10, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

shows not mentioned in marathons

Shows that used to have marathons in the late 1990s wre The brady bunch and Happy Days. I used to watch them. I had them added in 2006 and somehow it got deleted. Probably by some lazy person who didn't bother to look it up online for himself as evidence.
