I query whether plaudits in the legal directories (the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners) qualify as anything more than Wikipedia:Wikipuffery. It is true that the directories decide whom to include, or not to include, and that inclusion denotes a certain level of market profile, but the quotes are garnered from referees proposed by the subject, who then pays a handsome sum for an entry (and an extra amount for additional prominence). I would favour deletion of the relevant passages, but would be interested in the views of others. 45ossington (talk) 17:56, 22 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
