The guy's become a critic of "homosexual activists" who have "captured" the APA, sacrificing science for the sake of politics. Claims that "straight white males" are underrepresented in the organization.

No, creating a "reparative therapy supporters" category is an awful idea. Furthermore, if you want to add material about Cummings's support for reparative therapy, you should be prepared to find a better source - the New American is published by the John Birch Society, and it's fringe. It's no good. I've reverted it. You added, 'Cummings wrote, "Of the patients I oversaw who sought to change their orientation, hundreds were successful."' You just can't add an out of context quotation like that, when there's no indication of what it is based upon. It's also very inappropriate to describe Cummings as holding a "contrarian position" on conversion therapy, as it is not even clear what that is supposed to mean. You have made edits not up to standard on numerous articles relating to sexual orientation, used inappropriate sources and even put things in that are not related to the articles in question.
