I'm not crazy about changing

"af.-am. issuse" to "issues affecting af.-am." primarily cuz it takes out the adj african american and and turns it into a mention of a population. it's a weaker phrase after my revision. BUT that show is about issues affecting all people of color. if you listen, you know that. help me make that first sentence stronger and not leave out everybody else that news & notes does not leave out of the conversation!
