Why is the New Zealand flag on this page? It seems fairly redundant to me - if anything should be here, it should be the NZ coat of arms. --LJ Holden 04:30, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Yes, as is the Antarctic Ross Dependency
- Born in New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau, or the Ross Dependency prior to 1 January 2006.
- Born in New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau, or the Ross Dependency on or after 1 January 2006; and at least one of your parents was a New Zealand citizen or entitled to be in New Zealand indefinitely at the time of your birth.
