This short but sweet article meets all of the requirements to become a Good Article, except for a couple of issues I note below:

  • In the Route description, when talking about development along the route, it's unclear whether the past tense means that this was the state of development at the time of the existence of NY-28B, or whether this is the modern state of development along the former path of the route. Could you clarify?
  • On a similar note, did the divided highway for NY-12/NY-28 exist when NY-28B did?
