This page should not be speedy deleted because it was provived in response to a dead end link within a Wiki page about George F. Kunz.

As a former president of the NY Mineralogical Club I am the most authoritative source of information. I posted a drastically reduced article this second time to avoid copyright/spam concerns. I also attempted to link to an online article that has an exhaustive history of the New York Mineralogical Club.
