A couple of editors, @Freakyfridays1231 and @Byzantine Lord330 have been re-adding in the list of former chairpersons of the New York Federation of College Republicans. First off, I was mistaken inciting WP:PEOPLELIST in my edit summaries, as this isn't a standalone list of people as an article. That said, this is definitely a mix of WP:GNG, WP:COI and WP:RS. The included lists had no sourcing for the names included. This feels out of scope for this article. I'm fine with an RFC if someone feels I'm incorrect here, but typically lists of past officials are not included for minor organizations where said officials themselves fail WP:NOTABILITY.
Since there's almost certainly a WP:COI issue here, please remember to declare conflicts of interest and follow the appropriate procedures for editing articles that follows from that. Warrenᚋᚐᚊᚔ22:08, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
