Map recency
[edit]The map shows a 2013 version that is outdated (doesn't show 2nd ave extension and Grand Central LIRR terminal for example). I imagine a lot of visitors who google "NYC subway map" will land here. Is it possible to update the map? Sorry I'm not a wikipedia contributor and want to make sure this follows the right procedures.
"current subway map"
[edit]The image at the top called the "current subway map" is not an official one, but user-generated. If the article is called "New York City Subway map" and not, say, "New York City Subway routes", shouldn't the focus be on official maps and not user-generated ones, no matter how accurate the user-generated map should be? Semantics, I'm sure, but asking nonetheless. Echoedmyron (talk) 15:38, 19 July 2016 (UTC)
