A/E Class
[edit]The references to the A Class conversions being classified A/E are incorrect. When the first of the conversions returned to service on 25 June 1902 they were classified as AA, but on 28 August 1902 instructions were issued by E E Lucy that they were to be included in the E Class. The A/E Class never exited.
