Moved back

Sorry, Panonian, I moved the article back, for several reasons:

• Special:Whatlinkshere/New Serbia has ~40 incoming links that became broken by the move
• The party is obviously the more important meaning today. The number of incoming links for it far outnumbers the number of links for the province. Pardon my ignorance, but I've never heard about the province before.
• Two-item disambiguation pages are generally frowned upon. In that way, no one arrives at the desired page immediately. A top-page {{for}} dab link does the job equally well.
