Claim to be first cable-stayed rail bridge

It definitely isn't. The M25 Lyne Bridge in the UK was built in 1978 (see [1] and [2]), and there are far earlier rail bridges which were a mixture of suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge in form, such as the Niagara Falls Suspension Bridge. -- Kvetner 13:46, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
