Speedy deletion contested

[edit]

what advertising? Please, please explain. This article is about a motor cycle company that no longer exists, so I don't understand the reference to advertising or spam. Seasalt 13:34, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is a needed page for the Motorcycling WikiProject and is a historical article about the defunct motorcycle manufacturer. Deletion request is totally unwarranted. ww2censor 13:56, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at this guys contribs page, he is a new user serially putting up speedy deletion notices. I am not allowed to remove a deletion notice from an own article. Can you?Seasalt 14:03, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Special Category for British Motorcycles

[edit]

As part of the Motorcycling WikProject I am working though all the missing articles and stubs for British Bikes. To make things easier to sort out there is a special Category:British motorcycles Please add to any British motorcycle pages you find or create. It will also help to keep things organised if you use the Template:Infobox Motorcycle or add it where it is missing. I've linked the Category to the Commons Motorcycles of Britain so you could help with matching pics to articles or adding the missing images to the Commons. Articles should be categorized as per Wikipedia:Categorization. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 20:16, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

His death was registered in the New Forest district in the third quarter of 1936 (sic)

The age at death was given as 62.

Sources modified on New Imperial Motors

[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just attempted to maintain the sources on New Imperial Motors. I managed to add archive links to 2 sources, out of the total 2 I modified, whiling tagging 0 as dead.

Please take a moment to review my changes to verify that the change is accurate and correct. If it isn't, please modify it accordingly and if necessary tag that source with {{cbignore}} to keep Cyberbot from modifying it any further. Alternatively, you can also add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page's sources altogether. Let other users know that you have reviewed my edit by leaving a comment on this post.

Below, I have included a list of modifications I've made:
