Patents?
[edit]Could I find out a bit more about the connection between Maskelyne and the Anglo-American Telegraph Company? That's inconsistent with the New Scientist article ( which is such a cool story I wonder why I haven't heard of this before). I think there was no relation between Anglo-American and Poulsen, either - at least in the US, Cyril Frank Elwell had bought the rights to the Poulsen arc converter. --Wtshymanski (talk) 16:49, 4 June 2017 (UTC)
- There are other links that support Maskelyne having been a manager of the AATC, such as this. Unfortunately, the link given is pay-walled. Feel free to improve on the article in any way you can, including improving links, but I do think the information about Maskelyne and AATC is correct, and documented. ubiquity (talk) 14:58, 5 June 2017 (UTC)
