List of neuroprotective drugs
[edit]This article should include a list of the drugs that are thought to be neuroprotective. Minocycline, acamprosate, creatine, etc.
- Thanks. I have added the three examples that you have provided to the text. Boghog (talk) 18:03, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
Erythropoietin
[edit]I propose moving the detail on Erythropoietin to Erythropoietin. This will leave a stub here. If there are no objections, I'll go ahead in a few days. delldot talk 13:30, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- I agree. Neuroprotection is a generalized term refering to the effect of any chemical, biological molecule or medical practice which has a protective effect against neurological disease or injury. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.9.12.243 (talk) 18:09, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
- Me too. This article is 99% specific to EPO. -anonymous user in Germany —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.176.104.116 (talk) 08:18, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
- Getting started, more later. delldot talk 14:00, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
- I have split the material focusing on EPO to a new article called erythropoietin in neuroprotection so that this article can cover the more general topic of neuroprotection. Not much is left in this article after the split, but I have tried to expand it slightly. Boghog (talk) 17:34, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
