Proposed merge of Neuroendocrine tumors and Carcinoid

The World Health Organisation has suggested the use of the follow (instead of "carcinoid"):

Oppose. Carcinoid is a subgroup of neuroendocrine tumours, other NET should not be discussed on the same page as carcinoid as it creates confusion.

Support. Carcinoid is now an obsolete term as per the WHO. However, I suggest the page be renamed "Neuroendocrine neoplasm", which are then subdivided into Neuroendocrine tumors (the new term for carcinoid) and Neuroendocrine carcinoma (poorly differentiated, G3 lesions) (Emilyjem (talk) 03:04, 16 June 2017 (UTC))[reply]

Relevance of "People with neuroendocrine cancer"

I'm removing this section as it seems almost irrelevant - no other types of cancer list people who have suffered and this is not a particularly rare form either.
