Query about inconsistent edits on NRAS and Ras_subfamily articles re: "removed excessive promotion of discovers of this gene"
[edit]Appreciate the reformatting to the page. However, had a question regards consistency in what is "excessive promotion" in the article vs another revision I made to the Ras_subfamily article.
Would like to know reasons for this and what was deemed excessive promotion in one case vs the other e.g. leaving in institutions at which discoverers of the genes were at the time of publication vs removing them.
Also would like to know why Michael Wigler's name was removed from NRAS article when the reference cited has been left in next to Robin Weiss' name and the reference cited is dated in between the two original Weiss citations and has been included in reviews on the subject and .
