Adequacy
[edit]At a high school/freshman college level, this article does not adequately answer the question "What is a network address?" and leaves the researcher completely confused about the host address when dealing with IP addresses. I am attempting to clarify this and add the host address article, but I'm sure someone else has a deeper understanding Gahread 06:53, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Also, the network address does not necessarily need to be part of a classful addressing scheme. Your CIDR in a classless scheme defines the network address too. Gahread 08:20, 3 August 2007 (UTC))
- I beleive these issues have been addressed. ~Kvng (talk) 22:39, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
