Could Nes Ammim be described as a "religious community", i.e. are all its inhabitants religious Christians? If so, it can be added to Category:Religious Israeli communities. Number57 19:42, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
The population of the village comprises two parts: first, the "members" who are European and manage the economic activities. They are all Christians and have a community life including the church service and Erev Shabbat.
Second, the local Israeli people who rent houses. These are not part of the "community."
So it's a village based around a practising Christian community, but not exclusively Christian.

I am a former inhabitant of the village Nes ammim. It is a bit complicated to call ness Ammim a community. I have lived and worked for a while in nes ammim as a bookkeeper and security team member. Nes Ammim is acting as a village with inhabitants with different backgrounds. For example nes ammim is renting appartments. Nes ammim has people with different backgrounds like Jewish people but also christian people from abroad who are working as volunteer in the village.
There is a POV paragraph attributed to an acclaimed journalist, which is very controversial - in fact known as a provocateur in non-mainstream Israeli press. I think "acclaimed" is a complete nonsense and I doubt this opinion content can even be notable.GreyShark (dibra) 12:22, 3 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
