Neoloy Geocell page was created as redirect for Neoweb page, which is to be phased out according to a trademark settlement. The Neoweb redirect page may be deleted within a certain period of time. Geocells is a generic name for a 3D geosynthetic product used for soil stabilization.
- Most conventional geocells are made from HDPE - a common polymer plastic.
- Neoloy geocells are geocells made from Neoloy.
- Neoloy is a novel polymeric alloy created to enhance performance of geosynthetics. This is a notable development in the field of polymeric alloys in general and for geosynthetics in particular.
While over 100 professional papers have been published on the topic of geocells in the last decade, ~50 are published specifically on research done with geocells made from Neoloy. These have been published by multiple authors in professional conferences worldwide by leaders in the field, with a select few cited in the article.
