[edit]I believe this topic should be renamed "Unintentional negative vote weight" in order to avoid confusion with the idea of "Negative Votes" in which a voter is allowed to cast his/her one vote either for (positive) or against (negative) one candidate of their choice. Such a system is currently under consideration in Taiwan. Note that the idea of "Negative Votes" (which might here be called "Positive or Negative Vote" to reduce confusion) is also distinct from the existing topic "Disapproval voting" which allows only negative votes. It also differs from a system in which the voter gets both a positive vote and a negative vote. I will be happy to draft an entry for Positive or Negative Vote if this disambiguation can be achieved in advance. JHBrewer (talk) 18:34, 21 April 2015 (UTC)
