what are your sources for this?
[edit]Most of what I have read so far suggest that there is no know time/age of death for her and no referance to her ever being married or in line for the crown.
Be skeptical of the information provided. If you read through the whole article it contradicts itself about when she died. The first part says that she had an important role in the court following her mother's passing; the other refers to her death being during the time of her mother's reign. I believe the article about Neferure's mother (Hatshepsut) is much more accurate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.221.41.211 (talk) 02:54, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
- Not sure what your objection is, as I think you have mis-read the intro section as there's nothing there to suggest that she outlived her mother, but took on some of her mother's previous titles when she moved from being Queen to pharaoh. There is speculation in the "Death" section that she may have outlived her mother, but it is marked as speculation, not fact, and the sources are cited.

Neferure died when she was 16.
[edit]Sorry, but given that it is not even clear when she died, how can it be stated that she died at that age? That statement must be sourced or removed, because is highly confusing — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.240.125.70 (talk) 09:06, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
Agreed. I just came here to post the same thing! Tabbycatlove (talk) 03:17, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
