Clean-up

I'm unsure from this what needs clean-up, as it seems OK to me, but I wondered what others think. I have added a link to Wiktionary, and copied this page there. That was me; I've not made a disambiguation page from scratch before and I felt like I was missing something, though I wasn't quite sure what, so I used the cleanup tag in the hope that someone else would look at it. Thanks, JCzech, it's usually a good idea to get a 2nd opinion if you're unsure, and this one is unusual in that neither article is called 'national champion' but everything here is valid.
