MCM?

[edit]

The article states that "(i)n 1996, under the Israel-Jordan Treaty of Peace, Israel agreed to supply Jordan with 50 MCM of water annually." Please forgive my ignorance, but what's an MCM? I can't find it anywhere. :( Dan 01:51, 28 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Metric Cubic Meter

Wrong. MCM = million cubic meters. Metric and meter would be redundant. And 50 cubic meters of water annually is hardly even a "drop in the bucket," so to speak. Shapeshyfter 06:21, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Map

[edit]

Hi. I wanted a map of this and did an image search, which revealed that there's a good map on the Hebrew Wikipedia. Could someone translate this into English and place the map on this page? Thanks.

I'll add an expand template too. Thanks! 71.214.175.138 (talk) 03:31, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I translated the map. Hope it's OK. Niels? en | nl 20:53, 11 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=National_Water_Carrier_of_Israel&diff=next&oldid=1096267711 a change was made but reverted; "unrelated, not a gallery" is in the revision summary. Why is it unrelated? What does "not a gallery" mean? Mcljlm (talk) 07:53, 4 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No connection betw. Hayes plan and Naharayim?

[edit]

Is there really no causal connection between the Hayes plan and the First Jordan Hydro-Electric Power House at Naharayim? Arminden (talk) 08:24, 25 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you think there was? What caused what? Zerotalk 10:05, 25 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
