I made several edits to this article. First i checked the page for plagiarism and found none. Next i created two sections, the first being the introduction, the second being the history of the National Shelter System. In the history section i added information from both FEMA and the american red cross website, as these are the two creators and partners of the NSS. I also added several new sources with more information about what the NSS is for and how it came about.Cortego (talk) 22:47, 23 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
