Confusion of NPSC with security agency
[edit]It is quite confusing, but NPSC (国家公安委員会) isn't a security agency. NPSC is a commission to study and maintain neutrality of Japanese police and isn't policing communists nor nationalists nor terrorists, although the word public safety (公安) usually refers to security agencies, such as Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Public Security Bureau (警視庁公安部) or Public Security Intelligence Agency (公安調査庁). --Oyoso3 (talk) 05:04, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
