First fixes

I've started a tidy up of this page, adding Wiki links and inline citations. Some areas still need verification. Can't find a live link to the church itself and the link originally put on the text does not seem to work. Some of the other links were also broken. Page may benefit from updating and further checks/clarification

I've now located live link to church and made a few further tidy ups, also adding two images. A quick trawl seems to suggest that relationships between the US and Mexican Presbyterian churches may have moved on. There may also be updates on ordination rules in Mexico. I've tried to fix Wiki links to places in Mexico, but page would benefit from a check.
