   An excellent article, and the work put in since the first GA review certainly shows. I really have only one minor concern, which is not enough for me to hold off on passing the article: The state-by-state chart is inconsistent in how status is displayed. Some states where the bill has only been introduced lists the status as either "red/not voted on" or "yellow/pending". They should consistently be one or the other. Thank you very much for reviewing (and passing :-) ) this article. Regarding the issue you point out, the status is actually pending for states where the bill might still be passed. The status is red if the legislative session is closed, meaning that the bill definitely cannot be passed anymore (unless it is reintroduced in the next session, of course). --KarlFrei (talk) 21:17, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
