The article "National Parliament of East Timor" needs to be updated, especially the last paragraph.

Voting system change

I changed the reported voting system from parallel/proportional to proportional. It is specified in the constitution as proportional, and it is specified in the election law of 2006 as proportional. I cannot locate any mention of it being parallel. In fact, I was able to replicate the seat count using the d'Hondt method (as described in the constitution and election law).

If there is a reliable source that specifies the system includes a parallel component, please replace what I did.
