Notability issues

[edit]

RevelationDirect Hi! I have added a number of reliable sources to this article, enough to remove the templates and consider this article now notable. I also discovered that the only way to find the list of inductees was an Internet Archive Wayback Machine link that was in the article. Everything in the archive link I was able to replace with live links. Most important was an updated list of inductees on the live web site, which I used to update the inductees list to 2018 (it stopped at 2016 before that). I do have a couple more sources to add to the site, but the issues can be considered closed now. Take a look, and let me know if you see anything else. Perhaps we can discuss this one as I am 50/50 about the category already. Thanks! dawnleelynn(talk) 16:44, 5 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Isadora Duncan's birthdate

[edit]

TMProofreader I'm glad you found those inconsistencies in the inductees I added a few weeks ago. I found some sources on Duncan's birthdate, including an explanation on the two birthdates as per Encyclopedia Britannica below. Thanks! dawnleelynn(talk) 18:52, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Some sources:

Per Encyclopedia Britannica: "Although Duncan’s birth date is generally believed to have been May 27, 1878, her baptismal certificate, discovered in San Francisco in 1976, records the date of May 26, 1877."
