How to add to the research section

The important story about the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the research they sponsor, not their fundraising events. They fund so much research that you can't list it all, and some of it is of interest only to biologists and specialists. The main criterion for inclusion in Wikipedia is WP:WEIGHT, which means that if something is reported in multiple WP:RSs, it belongs in Wikipedia -- and otherwise, it doesn't belong.

One way to find it would be to do a Google News search for "National Multiple Sclerosis Society", but unfortunately those stories are swamped by fundraisers. A better way would be to search https://www.sciencedaily.com/ where you would get results like this (these are press releases of research that the Society thought was particularly important):

One of the novel pioneering research projects is a research study being conducted at Baylor College of Medicine that is investigating a protein thought to be involved in the repair of myelin and substitution of lost nerve cells — two actions that may help improve progressive MS’ disease course. Another project is underway at University of Glasgow, investigating whether adult stem cells from the nose can be a potential target for the repair of nervous system tissue. Finally, another National MS Society-funded investigation at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital is examining if certain brain circuits are involved in fatigue, a common and disabling MS symptom. In addition, three new commercial collaborations are driving the development of therapies to target progressive MS.

The best way I think would be to search Science and Nature for their news stories, and the major medical magazines like NEJM, JAMA, Lancet, BMJ, and Annals of Internal Medicine for research funded by the NMSS. Making Changes to Improve the Page (I Hope)

I'm interested in making this page much more robust and comprehensive. This is my first edit, but I find it very important to promote knowledge about this subject. The sparsity of the page information lacks an enormous amount of detail that would otherwise allow the reader to gain a much truer understanding of the NMSS and the research involved.

My hope is to develop a page which doesn't have the pervasive use of advertising language. Please let me know if anything I post is poorly written or sounds like advertising. I'm not promoting NMSS from a commercial perspective and I do not want to make it appear that way in my writing.
