Unfinished?
[edit]I have known of the monument for quite some time, but had no idea of the history of its construction (or lack thereof). I had always rather admired it for its simplicity and its utilization of Classical forms in an almost abstract style. Now I find out that it was a mini-Parthenon that just never got funded? Typical (LOL). Just leave it like it is, an unmoving rank of columns above the capital, like the countless men (and now women), my own included, who answered the call of "Scotland the Brave." 75.107.248.88 (talk) 18:42, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
