Updating

The article needs an overhaul - possibly by someone who can read the Portuguese equivalent page, so eg 'The was responsivble under the legal deposit system in, it was created under lat no. 28684 of March 18, 1952, during the colonial rule. It styled administrative were pending for renovation.' can be clearer. And there are two dates given for the library's opening. Jackiespeel (talk) 15:27, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
