Stock theft
[edit]At Umzimkulu, KZN province. The thieves have stolen my late mom's 6 cattle on the night of 2024/03/20. I have reported the case at Umzimkulu as well as ENtsikeni police stations. I have met with stock theft surgeon. He told me that Section 57 of 1959 is binding the investigators to only arrest thieves that are caught red handed. I do have a rigid lead. My heartfelt plea to NIU is to please intervene and recover my mom's cattle. It is a norm in the area, the thieves are well known. The "market" where they meet their buyers is also well known (EMakhuzeni) I would love to see the NIU cleaning our area and letting the poor people breed their livestock in peace.
