[edit]This article should be removed completely. The event mentioned hasn't even happened yet! If someone would like this article to be worked on, either a)drop me an e-mail to MArkenberg@yahoo.com and I'll get on it, or b)work on it yourself! Anyone else think it should be trashed?
Well the original text was a request rather than an article! (See below). However a quick Google search suggests that it is a significant event which has been held for over 70 yearts. So I've worked on it myself. It would be good if someone with more knowledge of Gospel music could work on it further! Cje 09:19, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
Glad to help...I expanded it enough that it should pass muster. I don't know how to get it off the list for potential deletion, though, so I hope someone can take care of that. David Bruce Murray

[edit]Well not an article, but a request!
- You folks need to have an article on the National Gospel Singing Convention. The 71st annual session will be in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee in 2006, 17th and 18th on November. Plenty of places to get information on about it. The Vaughan museum is not mentioned by your organization, nor is there much about Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, the birthplace of Southern Gospel Music. I guess this is just a very broad based, general vague information center, and not very detailed for specific information.
