[edit]tutd is it possable to get a drivers license in one state with a suspention in another state
So far as I know a suspension in any state makes it impossible to get even a restricted license in your state of residence.
I think this article should discuss the mounting evidence that the NDR is used by states to deprive safe drivers of the ability to drive legally, because of the imposition of exorbitant fines and arcane legal obstacles that prevent people who have moved to another state from getting a license, even though they are would be eligible for a restricted licence with the same driving record haqd it all been in in their state of residence.
