transliteration

Why is "لحزب الوطني الديمقراطي‎‎" transliterated as "Hizb al Dimuqratiyah al Wataniyah" and not as "Hizb al Wataniyah al Dimuqratiyah", which is how it is written in Arabic, like its Egyptian homonym "Al-Ḥizb Al-Waṭanī Ad-Dīmūqrāṭī" ? --Minorities observer (talk) 11:22, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
