Date of establishment

Bipan Chandra says in his book that it was established on 15 Aug 1906, whereas the article says establishment on 16 Nov 1905. Am I missing something?

Name Change

The name should be National Council of Education - Bengal as per the history of NCE Bengal Archive. Tipx20 (talk) 19:03, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
