How is the National Conference on Citizenship approaching issues of transnational citizenship? Has the NCOC established any forums or sub-committees to discuss the issue? In the wake of the Arizona bill, will a heightened fear of immigrants come to define transnational citizens as deviant members of society? Any thoughts?
