Dubious

[edit]

That "the relatively rapid pace of implementation of the report's recommendations allowed few opportunities for public education and debate [which] contributed to a hostile public reaction", I find dubious at best. It's possibly inaccurate, since we need to demonstrate that the public was even aware enough of the existence of the policy to be able to identify it as a target for reaction.

But since the whole article lacks sources, my doubts are the least of the problems with this article! Not being a student of politics in particular, I have no academic resources - texts, learned papers etc - to refer to; supposing I could make time for it, the best that I could do is to start trawling the newspaper archives. The article really needs the attention of an expert on Australian competition policy in the last quarter century. Any takers? yoyo (talk) 22:49, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
