Labor Disputes in History Section

It looks like there is quite a bit of focus on NCI's labor disputes bundled in with the History section. I'd argue that this may not need to be in this page at all, but if it is necessary to include, then it should be rewritten from a more neutral point of view, and given its own section separate from "History".
