Merge/update
[edit]I think it'd be prudent to merge the material from VET article to the current one. The article probably should cover the current organisation, the film/tv/video game age ratings used in Finland, and history of the organisation and its predecessor organisations. And currently the articles have more information about the earlier organisations than the current one. Thoughts? --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 18:39, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
- I don't know about that, it seems the VET is historically a significant organisation and has enough material to justify a separate article. On the other hand, National Audiovisual Archive should probably be completely merged to this. This organisation only trains private film and video game classifiers and supervises them, whereas VET was the absolute authority. Of course, these practises should be explained and expanded in the article. --Pudeo' 14:51, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
The Finnish language equivalent page has more information (unsurprisingly) - a translation tag might be appropriate. Jackiespeel(talk) 22:19, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
- Removed the merge template on the grounds that there is no support for the merge and a signficant argument against (over almost 3 years). Klbrain (talk) 19:48, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
