Proposed deletion
[edit]Reasons for proposed deletion:
- No support that subject meets notability criteria as set forth in WP:PROF.
- Notability is more and more often quantified by the h-index. H-index for this person is 11 according to web of science, which is low by most standards.
- According to http://www.crystal.uni-bayreuth.de/people.html this person is not a group leader
- There is no claim or support that this person has priority in synthesis of Aggregated diamond nanorods. Besides, even if one proves the priority, there is no support that such synthesis is remarkable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.248.76.241 (talk) 08:10, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- The subject passes WP:PROF criterion 7 by having coverage in reliable sources aimed at a general non-specialist readership, such as the New Scientist source that I added to the article and others found by a Google News archive search. Phil Bridger (talk) 12:23, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
I agree completely with Phil Bridger's suggestion to delete this page
[edit]Articles like this are probably written by the subject him/herself. Using Wikipedia to bolster one's own profile is a wrong instrument. If every postdoc writes an article about himself, Wikipedia will turn into a vanity exhibition. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.164.198.76 (talk) 21:44, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
Who is this person? Is her biography of any encyclopedic significance? Is anybody interested in reading a biography of a nobody? An encyclopedia must be selective. In a good encyclopedia such a biography of such a third-rate scientist would never appear. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.138.239.208 (talk) 00:00, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
who is this person?
[edit]What is this biography doing here? An encyclopedia is not supposed to discuss biographies of third-rate scientists. 46.138.239.208 (talk) 00:04, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
