[edit]First up, the subject does seem to me to meet notability criteria. Perhaps only just, but enough; so I'm not advocating deletion.
Parts of the article read like a promo for the subject. I note that one of the editors in article History used the subject's name in creating the user account. Make of that what you will. Significant re-wording for WP:NPoV would be good.
Some of the references are fine, others look like rubbish to me. Point is, there's not enough good ones.
