I think this can get taken under the wings of shipwrecks - Need to do some research on the wreck
Clean up
[edit]Cleaned up this page a bit could not find alot on the this wreck. Hope we can save the article - there are some interesting quotes Maybe we can expand in the following ways
- - Any information on Ann Alexander rescue
- - More information on trips to South America
- - Why did it wreck?
In regards to importance
[edit]- Strong keep This ship was involved in a number of rescues and is also a part of the Shipwreck project - because it is from 1837 it is hard to find information on the ship. Not alot of Web activity from those years.
- I agree. Historical importance as a whaling vessel of the Moby Dick era. Also may be of importance in feminist literature as a ship with a "whaling wife". Pustelnik 01:09, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
