Nanded-Waghala is name of the local governing body (metropolitian council)and NOT the Nanded city itself. Waghala, a small town that earlier had its own local governing body (municipal council) was merged with original city to form a large metropolitian counci). So, this page should be named NANDED only, and when one mentions the local governing body , Then it should be called Nanded-Waghala metropolitian council (NWMC). I don't know how to change name of the page or how to move this page to a new name.
