[edit]The Nancy Spain material was originally on the Northumbria University Centre for Northern Studies website. I wrote it myself and have the copyright. I certainly derived no monetary profit from its presence there. They just loaned me the space. A few months ago I moved it with the rest of my Literary Guide to the North East of England to my permanent website:
