Confusing name
[edit]According to what I reverted and what I know (because I lived there in 1990's, not now), there are tambon Nakhon Chum of Amphoe Muang Kamphaeng Phet,
(next words are all from what I was revert...)
Kamphaeng Phet Province, Thailand. It is a town has population of maybe 40,000. Phitsanulok and Nakhon Sawan are about an hour by road and these have a lot of the modern facilities available, such as superstores and some night life.
There is a Chinese Gate entrance to Nakhon Chum. It's just another large provincial town, a good place to really escape from all the usual pressures. However, the usual attractions are there if you know where to look. For the normal tourist, there is a nice little market, and go check out the Eagle Bar. As well, there is an old timber frame royal building with some ancient stone monuments.

I was cut Kamphaeng Phet's Nakhon Chum sentences: There is a Chinese Gate entrance to Nakhon Chum. The Ping river flows through the middle and there are mountains in the far distance. Nothing for the normal tourist, it's just a large provincial town, however, the usual attractions are there if you know where to look. Its a good place to really escape to from all the usual pressures. --Love Krittaya (talk) 08:47, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
