Renaming the article
[edit]Why not rename the article to Nakameguro Station to be consistent with the article on Nakameguro? BrightOrion (talk) 12:40, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
- My main issue with this is that that's not its official formatting. "Naka-meguro" is the official station name of the station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line (https://www.tokyometro.jp/lang_en/station/naka-meguro/index.html). I can't verify the Tokyu name 100% but from what I've seen, it appears to be formatted as either "Naka-Meguro" or "Naka-meguro" (https://cdn.cheapoguides.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2018/03/nakameguro-station_gdl.jpg). This inconsistency exists across various stations (i.e. Higashi-Kurume Station being located in Higashikurume,_Tokyo), however this is the case because the Wikipedia article respects official formatting of the station name as according to the rail operator.
